Please Note :
- Forms will not be issued unless the child’s original & photocopy of birth certificate (issued by KMC or any other Government agency), Form B original & photocopy (by NADRA) are shown.
- Admission will be subject to Assessment Result and a discussion with both the parents.
- Both the parents should accompany the child at the time of assessment.
